BTZ came out and got my sound system set up in the living room and bedroom and paired up with Echo in less than an hour. Friendly, efficient.

Got tired of &100 a month satellite tv. BTZ came and installed a HD antenna even though we are 60 miles from the transmission tower. The result is 59 stations in HD rain or shine and a better picture than we had with the dish and best of all it is free. Service after install was great just minor tweaking. We pair this with direct tv now from at&t for $35 a month for cable channels some minor issues with this due to only 5K speed but tolerable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

BTZ installed an OTA antenna in my attic. I now get 120 channels and no pixelation. Neal was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. No more fiddling with the antenna.

I used them to install my OTA on the roof. Kevin was very flexible in getting me scheduled [and I travel a lot, so he was able to work around and reschedule when something came up unexpectedly]. On the day of the installation, Pete showed up - I could not have asked for a better professional. Thorough and meticulous, he assembled and installed the antenna on the roof after discussing pro's and con's of different locations on the roof top, ran the cabling without drilling holes in the roof [through a heat vent] and then was able to distribute the coax to multiple in-wall coax runs across my house [traced the wires and ensured that the signal would reach near the TV's]. We had to also install an inline Amp to boost signal strength. He also helped me dismount my 65" wall TV on the living room and ran a new coax wire to ensure that reception was great [Pete bet me that I would receive at least 105 digital channels - I got 106!]. I could not have asked for a better experience - highly recommend BTZ Audio Video.

Excellent installation. Very knowledable staff. Installed outside antenna and Tivo unit and performed miscellaneous clean up tasks to hide cabling. Would highly recommend BTZ Audio Video.

They came out right on time and got the job done in a professional manner. They are not cheap but they are reasonable and are definitely worth the price because you get the work done right the first time!

I chose BTZ Audio Video to help me with a very difficult antenna installation. Our home is low for the area and surrounded by trees, and a radiant barrier on our roof precluded use of an in-attic solution. Myles, the owner of BTZ, and Pete, the antenna specialist, kept working with us and researching alternatives until they solved the problem. I recently moved into a newer home. After finding that the AT&T signal was already weak in this area which was aggravated by the fact that my home has metal radiant barrier in the attic. Together, the signal within the house was weak. I contacted BTZ to see about adding a signal booster inside the home. I have one at my total metal home in the country and it works great. 3 bars outside and a solid 5 bars inside. Spent $2,000 adding a Wilson system that actually boosts the signal of all cell carriers and covers the entire house. Prior to adding the system the signal outside my home was 3 to 4 bars. Inside it was 1 to 3 bars. After the system was added I am getting 3 to 4 bars inside the house. No real boost, rather a bypass to the radiant barrier to get the outside signal into the house. I must admit that after purchasing a "booster" I was expecting results similar to what I am getting in the country. BTZ just explained to me that getting the signal outside to the inside of the house is all I should expect. If I had known that earlier I certainly wouldn't have spent $2,000. BTZ is a good company. The installer was a very nice guy and did a good job. Just ask what you can expect BEFORE spending the money.
