Myles and his team are great. We had a near miss lightening strike and lost a bunch of electronics. Technician Michael came out and diagnosed the components that were not working properly and took some extra time to try and get us some level of TV to work while they ordered the components. Installation was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. They were able to identify a blown component of our big TV instead of just saying the TV was shot and took care of some other things that were not lightening related. Highly recommend this great company.
