Great professional work..gave very important suggestions as i am rookie when it comes to media room designs...but response was slow from them as they are very busy

BTZ stepped in to finish a media install for us when another company started work and then didn’t finish it. They were so awesome! Great communication, timely, and very knowledgeable about the install and product. We are using them again for another media install and highly recommend them to anyone!

The BTZ A/V guys were awesome, from the scheduler to the technicians that came to do the work. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job installing two large, heavy flat panels in out lobby. Pricing was reasonable, as well. Thanks !!!

They all know their stuff! We had them take care of all our sound and entertainment system needs in our new home. Our media room with its 120” screen, projector and 7 speaker sound system, gives us the “at the movies” experience we were looking for. The surround sound in our living room and gym is so crisp and clear it’s amazing!! The pricing, equipment, install and service was and has been outstanding!I would definitely recommend them above and beyond any other company if you’re in the market for home theatre and surround sound systems.

Myles Foreman and team have outfitted at least 6 homes for me over the past 12 years. We currently live in Coppell and BTZ has helped us create a wireless environment that keeps us with sound and sight (in the rooms we want) throughout our home. His prices for equipment are equal to what you can find online (I always price check!) and he can recommend the manufacturers and models that are better and more reliable from his personal experience. The only problem with Myles is he always knows the latest and greatest technology so when he shows that to you, it makes you want the newest stuff! Installation and wiring costs are broken out and will seem a bit high. Again, price check and BTZ is same or less than the big boys. But here is the difference. If something does not work or if you are a goofball like me and forget how the cool gadgets work, Myles will help you ASAP. He probably will shoot me for telling this but we have texted Myles on Thanksgiving (shame on us!), Super Bowl, and late evenings for questions about something technical and he has helped us resolve it. Typically it has nothing to do with his work or equipment. But he will still walk us thru it to get it fixed even if it is the cable/WIFI provider issue. Myles also knows a lot about music. Ask him. Two thumbs up for BTZ.

These guys always do a great job for me!

Myles answered al my questions and his team did a great job installing the mount and tv. I called several other companies that were too busy, or my project was too small, I never heard back from them or the installation wouldn't look good. I highly recommend BTZ.

These guys know their business, and can get to fixing what's wrong without head scratching or trial and error. An hour of their time goes a long way.

Good technical team however they have opportunity to make the client experience much better by ensuring everything works as it should before leaving as I had to go back and secure some connections.
