I have now worked with Myles and BTZ audio on three separate occasions. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience but I'll list a few things that really stood out. 1. He is knowledgable about the market and the different option that are out there. 2. He worked with my budget and guided me in the right direction. 3. HIs staff is very friendly and hard working. They have always done a good job. 4. His follow up is fantastic.... technology has its quirks and he is quick to respond and help even after the sale. You can't go wrong with BTZ audio.

Super amazing job! Myles was very professional, and informative, helping me understand what my internet company could not. He beefed up my internet connection and did with ease and quickly. He helped me reconnect all my devices so that I could have super fast and secure connection. Very impressed and very happy.

BTZ Audio Video did an excellent job at our home! They installed a beautiful television on our wall, and hooked it up to our existing entertainment center. Then, they hooked up an antenna under our eave so we could receive off air programming. We did not want it on the roof. Everything works and looks great!!! They then went up to my mothers home in Denton and put an antenna in her attic so she could receive all the free channels. She recently cut the cord on cable. She's very happy! Highly recommend!!

Finally cut the cable cord. BTZ Installed a circular TV antenna on my roof to get the local digital stations.. That antenna wasn't sensitive enough (I'm too far from the local TV stations). BTZ came back and installed a HD Stacker long-range antenna in my attic, and now I cam pick up all the local stations. I use the TABLO device with an SD card for recording and time-shifting my favorite programs.

Guys were awesome! I had a vision of what I wanted in my media room and they came in and gave me suggestions and made it better than I could have imagined. Great service and the cost of what I got was perfect for my budget for a starter media room. Very happy with everything. Highly recommend these guys for anything you might need. Will be using again for further improvements to my theater.

Responsive, Professional and Efficient.

Had BTZ install a couple CAT 6 cables for bedrooms. Unbelievably fast with excellent work. They installed wall plates, tested the cables and cleaned the areas they worked in. Will definitely call them again for the next project.

These guys are top guns!

The guy they sent out to do the work I requested had zero personality and acted like he really did not want to be here. The work got done with some trial and error but I was not impressed by his professionalism or I should say a complete lack of it.

BTZ did a good job installing our network cabling. I would recommend them for the next job.

I spoke to Myles about installing a MantelMount and a television in a built-in cabinet. Because this was going to be a somewhat unusual installation, Myles suggested FaceTiming with him so that he could see the cabinet and better understand what work needed to be performed. That was a great idea, which saved time for both him and me! He and two of his colleagues were able to perform the install within 2-3 days after I first contacted him. They did a great job on the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Myles was fantastic to work with over the phone to help provide me information on the options I could go with in regards to in ceiling and in wall speakers. Not only was his advice great but so was his pricing after I made my decision on what to buy. To top it off, the speakers were to my front door in a matter of a few days... if you are looking for top notch service definitely use Myles!

Wow! Im so pleased with the work from BTZ. The guys showed up, listened to my wants/concerns, and turned my vision into a reality. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

BZT did a good job installing speaker on my 12' ceilings for Dolby Atmos. I did have to make some changes to the receiver after they left. The AV install was very good.
